COMPREHENSIVE:Tenant management, rent collection, periodic property inspections, 24 hour emergency helpline, problem solving property manager; 12% (10% plus VAT)
PREMIER:24 Hour Emergency Helpline, Periodic Property Inspections, Featured Property Advertising, In-house referencing, Handling of all administration, Rent Guarantee (100% cover then 75% for two months after eviction), Legal Cover (£60k), Court Fees and Evictions Covered, Full Detailed Income/Expenditure Reports for Accountant, Emergency Repair Cover (no excess + £500 per each claim, unlimited number of claims – see terms, Problem Solving Property Manager Video Walkthroughs, 18% (15% plus VAT)
