Tenant Fees
As well as your rent, you’ll need to pay various fees when you take out a new tenancy. We’re always upfront and transparent about our fees, which are as follows:
- Application fee – £250.00 including VAT
- Fee for any additional applicants – £95.00 including VAT
- Guarantor fee– £95.00 including VAT
You’ll need to pay these fees in full before you can move in. Don’t forget you’ll also need to allow for:
- The first month’s rent
- Your deposit– this is usually equivalent to a month’s rent, but it varies from landlord to landlord, so check your agreement carefully
If you agree to renew your tenancy, the fees are:
- 6 months – £48 including VAT
- 12 months – £96 including VAT
When you leave the property, you’ll need to pay for:
- Final tenancy check-out (conducted by an independent third party) – £95.00plus VAT
